IndiGo’s cancellation crisis continued to disrupt air travel across major airports, prompting Prime Minister Narendra Modi to direct that passengers must not face inconvenience due to operational issues. With more than 400 cancellations across Delhi, Bengaluru, Chennai and Hyderabad, the Civil Aviation Ministry said operations were improving, and DGCA ordered IndiGo to cut flights by 5 per cent until its schedule stabilises.
