UPDATE: Three people died inside a Marion County home back in November, and the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation (TBI) has now identified those people.

The New Hope Police Department first responded to the Mail Loop Road house on the night of Thursday, November 20. Shortly after, the TBI took over the case.

On December 9, 2025, the TBI shared the identity of the victims with Local 3 News.

The TBI identified them as 66-year-old Wilma Peoples, 79-year-old Hoyt Peoples, and 67-year-old Danny Peoples.

As of Monday, December 9, their causes of death are still unclear. The TBI is still investigating.
