Police arrested a suspect who allegedly shot and killed a man inside a Bronx stairwell on Sunday.

Bronx resident Sean Grant, 28, was arrested on Dec. 8 at around 3:28 p.m. in the confines of the 43rd Precinct. Police charged him with murder, manslaughter and criminal possession of a weapon.

He was arrested after being questioned inside the precinct's station house.

According to police sources, the deadly shooting occurred just after 9:05 p.m. on Dec. 7 inside the Sotomayor Houses located at 1744 Watson Ave. in Soundview, the same complex where Grant lives.

After receiving a 911 call about the incident, officers from the 43rd Precinct arrived on scene to find 38-year-old Gregory Stewart, of Barnes Avenue in Wakefield, inside the stairwell with a gunshot wound to the head. EMS rushed him
