There is now hope and relief for Windsor-Essex residents feeling the blues over their huge new recycling bins.

Toronto-based Circular Materials, tasked by the province with overseeing Ontario’s new recycling system, has announced that smaller blue bins will be available upon request.

“For Essex-Windsor residents interested in a smaller recycling cart, we are pleased to share that a Recycling Cart Exchange Request Form will be available on the Circular Materials website in mid-December,” the not-for-profit organization states on its website.
