ATLANTA, Ga. (Atlanta News First) — A hearing is set for Tuesday for Colt Gray, the accused Apalachee High School gunman who is facing more than 50 felony charges in connection to the Sept. 4, 2024, incident.
The court hearing is scheduled to take place at 2:30 p.m.
A trial date has not been set for Colt Gray, who has pleaded not guilty in the shooting which claimed four lives and injured nine others. The maximum penalty for each of Colt Gray’s four felony murder charges is life in prison with or without the possibility of parole.
However, in May 2025, attorneys for Colt Gray indicated a plea deal may be in the works.
