MADISON, Wis. (WMTV) - Madison Police Department is working with other jurisdictions to investigate a sexual assault case, the department said Tuesday.

MPD said the sexual assault happened around 1:50 a.m. Monday in the 2500 block of McDivitt Road.

No other details about the assault were provided. It is unclear if police have any suspects, or what other agencies are involved.

WMTV 15 News reached out to MPD for more information.

MPD said in its incident report that the investigation is still active.
