As a result, the Mets and other teams are likely going to pivot to other top relievers on the market.

MLB insider Jon Morosi recently reported the Mets and Toronto Blue Jays were targeting San Diego Padres closer Robert Suarez in free agency. Suarez is projected to sign an $80 million deal in free agency , per Jim Bowden of The Athletic.
