ALBANY - “Murder for Two: Holiday Edition” is all spoof, part slapstick, and a bit of homage to mystery writers such as Agatha Christie and Anthony Horowitz. There’s also a dash of the Marx Brothers and the musical sensibility of the 1930s and ’40s.

And let’s not forget two talented gentlemen — one portraying a police officer and one playing the other 10 characters; an invisible dead man on the stage throughout the show; and a grand piano, on which the two performers play all the accompaniments.
