Pilates continues to dominate the fitness industry, according to a recent report.

ClassPass, a wellness booking platform, released its 2025 Look Back Report on Dec. 9, and Pilates remains the top booked class, three years in a row. The annual report analyzes the types of workouts ClassPass users booked, in addition to the frequency of bookings (and cancellations).

For the third year in a row, Pilates was the most booked class by ClassPass users between Jan. 1 and Oct. 10, 2025. The mind-body workout class saw a 66% increase in reservations on the platform from 2024, according to the report. Of the Pilates category, reformer (use of a machine), high-intensity and mat (no machine) Pilates were the most popular.

Pulling data from global users, ClassPass found that users in Santa Rosa, California, were the most likely to book a heated Pilates class in 2025, while users in Naples, Italy, were the most likely to book a mat Pilates class. Finally, users in Canberra, Australia, were the most likely to attend a reformers Pilates class.

Launched in 2013, ClassPass is a platform that allows paid users to book fitness, wellness and beauty appointments in one place. For instance, instead of paying a Pilates studio membership, ClassPass users pay for a set number of monthly credits through the platform and can use those credits at different businesses.

Here's a look at what ClassPass workouts were the most popular in 2025.
