The city of Oneonta has issued a notice regarding expected winter weather.

A winter weather advisory is in effect from 4 a.m. Wednesday, Dec. 10 through 1 a.m. Thursday, Dec. 11. The National Weather Service says to expect 2 to 5 inches of snow (up to 7 inches at higher elevations) with a possible light glaze of ice. Travel may be difficult, especially during the morning and evening commutes.
