Shelby County District Attorney Steve Mulroy on Tuesday announced that he would not bring charges against General Sessions Clerk Tami Sawyer, who was recorded by body-worn camera footage engaging in a profane rant against law enforcement after her private, armed security was reportedly by bypassing security from entering the courthouse. 

Mulroy said in a statement that, following investigation by the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation (TBI), there was no evidence that Sawyer sought for her private security to bypass procedures with a firearm.
