The Student Transportation Services of Waterloo Region (STSWR) is warning of issues with its cancellation and delay alert system before an incoming winter storm.
As Waterloo Region is about to be hit with up to 20 centimetres of snow, the system has encountered a “malfunction.”
The Waterloo Region Catholic School Board informed parents in an email that a recently implemented software upgrade has prevented the automatic text message tool from sending out messages.
Updates will continue to be posted on the STSWR website and notification emails will be sent to subscribers.
