TRAVERSE CITY — The Traverse City Comedy Fest announced former “The Daily Show” correspondent Roy Wood Jr. will perform April 17 at the City Opera House at the fourth annual event. Tickets are now on sale.

Wood Jr., currently the host of CNN’s “Have I Got News for You,” was an eight-year correspondent on Comedy Central’s Emmy-winning “The Daily Show” through 2023 when he guest-hosted the show and headlined the White House Correspondents' Dinner. He will appear alongside Keanu Reeves and Jonah Hill in the upcoming comedy “Outcome" and released his debut memoir in October this year, “The Man of Many Fathers."
