On the 8th day of the Winter Session, on Tuesday, Law Minister Arjun Ram Meghwal will respond in the Lok Sabha on election reforms and present the Centre’s stance. He may also speak on the Opposition’s allegations of vote theft and the Special Intensive Revision (SIR) being illegal.

Earlier on Tuesday, a discussion on election reforms took place in the Lok Sabha. Congress leader Rahul Gandhi participated in the debate and alleged that the BJP and the Election Commission were working together to steal votes.

Rahul Gandhi said that the RSS wants to take control of all institutions. He said the Election Commission is being captured, and the BJP is using it during elections. During this, Opposition MPs raised slogans saying, “Vote thieves, step down from power.”
