GRAND BLANC TOWNSHIP, MI – A Flint man who fired multiple shots at another driver during a July road rage incident in Grand Blanc Township has pleaded guilty to reduced charges.
Ter-Ray Pendelton, 21, was charged with assault with intent to murder, two carrying a concealed weapon charges, a felony firearm charge and a controlled substance possession charge.
Pendelton pleaded guilty to discharging a firearm from a motor vehicle, carrying a concealed weapon without a permit and using a firearm to commit a felony, according to court records.
The plea agreement also included a three-year prison sentence. Pendelton pleaded guilty before Genesee County Circuit Court Judge Khary Hanible on Dec. 9.
Pendelton is scheduled to be sentenced on Jan. 26, 2026.
