SalarySe and City Union Bank have partnered to introduce a new credit card targeted at salaried individuals, featuring a reward structure linked to payday spending patterns. The Level Up Credit Card, launched on December 9, operates on the RuPay Credit Card on UPI framework and is designed to integrate with everyday digital transactions, including UPI payments, online purchases, bill payments and in-store spends.

A key feature of the product is its “Salary Day Bonus,” which offers higher reward rates on the day an individual’s salary is credited. The companies said the design aims to align benefits with typical monthly expenditure cycles while using employer-linked payroll verification to determine credit access.
