MANCHESTER, N.H. —

James Woodlock, who was found guilty of being an accomplice to sexual assault at the former Youth Development Center, is scheduled to be sentenced Wednesday, and the defense and prosecution have filed their sentencing recommendations.

News 9 has obtained documents asking the court to consider Woodlock's character as a family man before handing down the sentence, but other documents argue that he should serve decades in prison.

Woodlock was found guilty in September of two of three charges of being an accomplice to aggravated felonious sexual assault at the YDC.

News 9 normally does not disclose the names of victims of sexual assault, but the victim in this case, David Meehan, has been outspoken about the abuse he said he suffered at the YDC in the 1990s.
