Washington County officials endorse $500,000 lawsuit settlement; ordinance to be considered at Dec. 18 Quorum Court meeting

FAYETTEVILLE -- Washington County officials on Tuesday endorsed a settlement in a federal court lawsuit over the county's conditional use permit process, paying $500,000 to EagleCrest Recovery and acknowledging that the company can operate without needing a permit.
