Keira Roehm’s chase for history began with an impressive performance in Tuesday’s season opener.
The Saline girls basketball senior sharpshooter began her quest for state history as she knocked down five 3-pointers and finished with 20 points to lead the Hornets past Riverview 52-20.
The Wayne State commit moved closer to the MHSAA career 3-point record with her five makes Tuesday, bringing her total to 243 as she chases the 311 3s made by Lansing Christian’s Tiffanie Shives in 2004.
