Jammu, Dec 09: In CPSW No. 104/2018 in SWP No. 2509/2016 titled Jyoti Devi Vs Hardesh Kumar & Ors. after hearing HON’BLE MR. JUSTICE JAVED IQBAL WANI, JUDGE ORDERED as under:-

Perusal of the record of proceedings reveals that on three previous consecutive dates, the counsel for the respondents/contemnors came to be directed to submit the status of the Special Leave Petition (SLP), claimed to have been filed by the respondents against the judgment and order, noncompliance of which is complained of in the instant contempt petition.
