Just days before his court date to address charges of domestic assault and battery and threats to commit a crime stemming from an October incident in Wareham, Falmouth Police Officer Kevin M. Frye Jr. was arrested in Sandwich on Monday , December 8, on charges of criminal harassment and witness intimidation.

Documents from the Sandwich Police Department state that after Frye's initial arrest, the woman he was in a relationship with at the time filed a one-day emergency restraining order, which was granted. After that day, Frye's former partner alleges that he attempted to contact her, resulting in the new charges.
