New Delhi: Son Heung-Min finally got a chance to bid farewell to Tottenham Hotspur fans, and he asked the fans not to forget his time with the London club. The South Korean forward left the English club in August, ending his decade-long stay at Spurs to join Los Angeles FC (LAFC) in MLS.
He joined Tottenham Hotspur from Bayer Leverkusen in 2015 and netted 173 goals in 454 appearances for the club. The highlight of his career was being part of the winning side that lifted the Europa League trophy in May after beating Manchester United. It was the club’s first piece of silverware in 17 years. He then announced that he would be leaving the north London club this summer.
