As Microsoft committed to invest $17.5 billion in India, Satya Nadella, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Microsoft on Wednesday talked about sovereign control and local resilient in India.

“...For a country like India to say that ultimately things that are being deployed here, used here, at scale are effectively resilient and sovereign.
