Police in Pakistan’s Punjab province have registered a case over the theft of “two apples and a hand wash bottle” from a sessions court judge’s chamber in Lahore, officials said on Tuesday. The FIR was filed at Lahore’s Islampura Police Station based on a complaint from the judge’s reader, who said he acted on the judge’s instructions, as reported by PTI. In the complaint filed through his reader, Habibur Rehman, Additional Sessions Judge (ASJ) Noor Mohammad Bismal reported that two apples and a hand wash bottle worth Rs 1,000 had been stolen from his chamber.
