ORLANDO, Fla. – Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis will hold a news conference Wednesday in downtown Orlando.

The event at the Dr. Phillips Center for the Performing Arts is scheduled to begin at 11 a.m.

DeSantis will be joined by Florida Education Commissioner Anastasios Kamoutsas, Florida Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles Executive Director Dave Kerner and Florida State Guard Executive Director Mark Thieme.

No other details were shared ahead of time.
