One WWE superstar has shed the babyface persona and turned heel. Tuesday's episode of "NXT" ended with a championship match between titleholder Oba Femi and Je'Von Evans. "The Ruler" regained the NXT Championship from Ricky Saints at "Deadline." Evans exercised his No. 1 contender status earlier than many expected, but it backfired.
Evans appeared to have the match won when he hit Femi with the OG Cutter, but Saints pulled the referee out of the ring before the three-count. "The Young OG" attacked Saints as a result, but the distraction led to Femi landing Fall From Grace on Evans to score the pin.
