It’s a quiet month for dramas on Amazon Prime Video, even though a handful of big releases like Sinners will be making their debut on the streamer later in December.

Since those new arrivals aren’t dramas, we’re going with a 2024 biopic that had major movie distributors running away from it out of fear of angering its subject.

Prime Video also has a classic drama, 12 Angry Men, that holds up nearly seven decades after its release.
