New Delhi [India], December 10 (ANI): Congress MP Priyanka Gandhi Vadra on Wednesday slammed Union Home Minister Amit Shah's speech during the discussion on the electoral reforms in the Lok Sabha, claiming that his prolonged defence on allegations of 'vote chori' only strengthened the Opposition 's suspicion regarding the ruling party's conduct during elections.

Speaking to reporters, the Congress MP said, "For 1.5 hours, he has only given clarification that they have not done vote chori. If someone is innocent, will they give such a long clarification?"

Her remarks came shortly after Amit Shah delivered a detailed intervention during the discussion on the electoral reforms in the Lok Sabha.
