TOLEDO, Ohio (WTVG) - Authorities in are looking for a man who allegedly hit a sheriff’s deputy and a sheriff’s office vehicle during a pursuit.

Officials issued an arrest warrant for Zachary McCague, according to the Williams County Sheriff’s Office.

A statement from the agency said deputies were called out to a domestic dispute in Edon just after 7 p.m. on Saturday, Dec. 6. McCague reportedly left the scene in a Dodge Journey before deputies arrived.

A deputy found the vehicle and tried to pull McCague over, but he took off and led law enforcement on a pursuit during which deputies say he hit a vehicle from the sheriff’s office. Deputies then boxed in McCague’s car and ordered him to get out of the vehicle. McCague allegedly hit a deputy and took off again.
