CLINTON, Tennessee — A suspended Anderson County Head Start Preschool employee is under investigation by the FBI, according to a letter sent to parents by Anderson County Schools.

District spokesperson Ryan Sutton said the FBI believes the case doesn’t involve any students.

“Their investigation, as we understand it, is focused on activities outside of the school,” Sutton said.

The employee was immediately suspended, and the district is cooperating with law enforcement, according to the letter.
