CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) - The Cleveland Division of Fire is offering a $5,000 reward for information about a deadly house fire that happened back in June.

According to a release from the Cleveland Division of Fire, at around 4:21 a.m. on June 15, firefighters were called to a home in the 3400 block of East 121st Street.

Two men were taken to the hospital, where they were both pronounced dead.

One firefighter was also injured. Cleveland Fire Lt. Mike Norman said the firefighter hurt his back while removing the victim.
