Norwegian Spirit is a mid-sized Spirit-class ship operated by Norwegian Cruise Line . Originally launched in 1998 as SuperStar Leo, she later joined the NCL fleet and today sails as the line’s unique Spirit-class vessel after a bow-to-stern revitalization in 2020–2022 that added new venues, updated staterooms, and an expanded Mandara Spa.

The ship carries just under 2,000 guests at double occupancy, giving it a more intimate feel than NCL’s newest mega-ships while still offering plenty of dining, bars, and entertainment venues. Key ship facts include a gross tonnage of about 75,904, a double-occupancy capacity of roughly 1,972 guests (with a maximum capacity of just over 2,000), and a crew of around 900.
