Cosy crime drama High Potential has landed a new streaming home for UK-based viewers. The US series has so far been available to watch on Disney+ in Britain.

However, the first season has now been launched on ITVX too – the latest series to do so following the partnership between the British broadcaster and Disney announced earlier this year.

A remake of Franco-Belgian show HPI and starring It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia 's Kaitlin Olson, High Potential follows a single mother who works as a cleaner for the Los Angeles Police. However, her high IQ leads her to be recruited as a consultant by the Major Crimes division.

Debuting last year on ABC in the US, the show is currently in the middle of its second season, which is set to return for more episodes in the New Year .
