John Cena is set to wrestle the final match of his career this weekend at Saturday Night’s Main Event , but fans might not have to wait until the end of the night to see it. According to a new report from Bryan Alvarez, Cena’s bout against Gunther is currently scheduled to open the show.

Writing to subscribers on X, Alvarez noted that the event’s unique broadcast situation allows for flexibility in timing.

“At this point, there is no set runtime for Saturday Night’s Main Event, so everyone will get all the time they need,” Alvarez wrote. “Cena vs. Gunther is currently scheduled to open the show and Cena will get as much time as he wants.”
