Trumbull Clerk of Courts employee accused of theft in office

WARREN - An employee with the Trumbull County Clerk of Courts Office has been indicted for alleged theft in office.

According to court records, Trumbull County Clerk of Courts employee Vanessa Clark has been indicted on one fourth-degree felony count of theft in office and seven third-degree felony counts of tampering with evidence.

The details of Clark's alleged crimes are unclear at this time.

Trumbull County Clerk of Courts Randy Law tells 21 News Clark has been placed on unpaid administrative leave as of Wednesday, December 10 following the indictment.
