BOROUGHWIDE — BROOKLYN FC, the borough’s first professional soccer club, has tapped Marlon LeBlanc to lead its inaugural men’s squad as the club prepares for its first USL Championship season in 2026according to Hudson River Blue. LeBlanc, a respected developer of youth talent, arrives after managing Philadelphia Union II for 97 matches across the USL Championship and MLS Next Pro, during which he reached the 2024 league final and posted 1.74 points per game. He most recently served as U.S. U-18 coach, going unbeaten in six international matches.
The East Windsor, NJ, native previously guided a generation of Union prospects now starring in MLS, including Matt Freese, Jack McGlynn and Paxten Aaronson.
