LINCOLN, Neb. (KOLN) - A man charged in Lincoln’s fourth domestic homicide of 2025 has pleaded not guilty.

According to court records, 40-year-old Joshua Meyers of Lincoln was charged with first-degree murder in the killing of 43-year-old Tracy Henman.

At his arraignment Oct. 28, a judge ordered that Meyers would be held without bond.

According to Lincoln Police, the incident began the evening of Oct. 21, more than 36 hours before police entered Henman’s northeast Lincoln home and found her.

Her family called 911 Oct. 23 after Henman didn’t show up for work that day and the day prior.

Several officers responded to the home minutes later and found Henman and Meyers inside. LPD confirmed that the two were in a relationship and no protection orders had been filed.
