A homeopathic pharmaceutical company with an Albuquerque manufacturing facility is recalling a natural nasal spray after the product was found to contain yeast, mold and unwanted bacteria.

One lot of MediNatura New Mexico’s ReBoost nasal spray was contaminated, according to the U.S. Food and Drug Administration, which announced the nationwide voluntary recall on Wednesday.
