More businesses are being invited to share their concerns about municipal business practices in Sunland Park.

Independent Nation , the company whose plans for an entertainment complex in Sunland Park were recently thwarted, announced a lawsuit against Sunland Park officials last week.

In the days that followed, multiple businesses from Sunland Park reached out to the company to share their experiences "related to licensing, administrative processes, or other operational impacts."

In response, Independent Nation announced the launch of a "public-facing documentation channel" for additional Sunland Park businesses to log their complaints during a news conference Wednesday, Dec. 10.

The company did not specify the number of businesses that have already reached out to Independent Nation
