For the first time in almost 30 years, Miami has chosen a Democrat to serve as mayor. Eileen Higgins beat out Republican opponent Emilio Gonzalez, who was endorsed by President Trump, in Tuesday's runoff election. CBS News correspondent Cristian Benavides has more from Florida.
