Arkansas lottery raises $9.3 million for scholarships in November even as year

With the benefit of a Mega Millions jackpot that reached nearly $1 billion in mid-November and a Powerball jackpot that exceeded $700 million by the end of the month, the Arkansas Scholarship Lottery raised $9.3 million in November for college scholarships -- up from $8.9 million in the same month in 2024.
