Andy Dick had some bystanders convinced the infamous actor had died right in front of them when he suffered an apparent overdose on Hollywood Boulevard — one of Los Angeles’ most famous tourist attractions.

In the troubling moment, Dick’s face and hands turned blue as he collapsed forward while sitting on a step outside a liquor store before he was laid onto his back by friends, Shawn Harrell told The Post.

Harrell, 48, works as a security guard for the strip mall where Highland Liquor is located, the scene of Dick’s apparent overdose Tuesday night.

“I thought he’d passed away. They started spraying Narcan and tapping him on the chest. They were trying to keep him awake because he was non-responsive. They used more than one Narcan,” Harrell recounted.
