'Touched without consent': Foreign tourist cries harassment at Post Malone concert; cops reach out after seeing Instragram reel

GUWAHATI: A foreign tourist has alleged that she and her female friend were harassed and “touched without consent” during American rapper Post Malone’s debut concert in Guwahati on Monday. But, despite Guwahati police reaching out to them on social media for details, no response has been received so far. The woman, who described herself as a backpacking travel vlogger across Southeast Asia, posted a video on Instagram from a handle on Tuesday, claiming that she and her friend were targeted in the packed crowd. Guwahati’s joint commissioner of police Ankur Jain on Thursday said, “After we saw the Insta reel about the incident in the morning, we immediately sent messages to the two women on their X accounts, asking them for more details about the incident. We have not got any reply yet
