ASHBURN, Va. — The Washington Commanders were eliminated from playoff contention after last week’s loss to Minnesota, but linebacker Von Miller says the team still has plenty to play for as it enters the final four games of the season — all against NFC East opponents.
With Christmas approaching, Miller said he views the rest of the season as an opportunity to make things difficult for division rivals.
“If I’m going down, I’m taking somebody else with me,” Miller said. “It’s going to be the Eagles or the Cowboys. Whatever I can do to ruin their Christmas, that’s what I’m all about.”
Despite the 3-10 record, Miller said the locker room has remained unified.
