CINCINNATI —
Ohio Gov. Mike DeWine has signed an executive order that will send funding to dozens of organizations across the state, including some in the Cincinnati area.
The executive order signed Wednesday directs Temporary Assistance for Needy Families program funding to initiatives that will “assist struggling families, support children and encourage workforce development,” according to DeWine’s office. Advertisement
Various amounts were directed to different organizations, including foodbanks and workplace development programs.
Below are some of the programs and organizations that will benefit from DeWine’s executive order. The money will be issued in each of the next two fiscal years.
