LAFAYETTE, Ind. (WLFI) --- Purdue Men's Basketball bounced back after a loss to top-10 Iowa State with an 85-57 win against Minnesota at home Wednesday.

The Boilers led 35-32 at the break, but blew the game open in the second half. Purdue came out firing on all cylinders to the tune of a 29-2 run to begin the second frame. The Boilers shot 63.3 percent from the floor in the second.

Three players each recorded double-doubles. Senior point guard Braden Smith led the way with 15 points, 12 assists, 6 rebounds, 5 steals, and 2 blocks. Senior center Oscar Cluff added 14 points and a game-leading 11 rebounds. Senior forward Trey Kaufman-Renn finished with 14 points of his own to go along with 10 boards.

Purdue moves to (9-1), (2-0) on the season and will prepare to host Marquette on Saturday.
