Construction has begun on a major industrial development described as the "most significant of its kind in the region for decades". Associated British Ports (ABP), which operates the ports of Grimsby and Immingham, has commenced building work on Helm @ Immingham at the Stallingborough Interchange site.

The 103,000 sq ft industrial and logistics scheme represents the initial phase of the broader 227-acre site, formerly known as Pioneer Business Park, which ABP purchased two years ago. Development has proceeded following North East Lincolnshire Council's approval of a reserved matters planning application.
