There are more school buses running than the previous day, but many are still cancelled in eastern Ontario on Thursday.

Citing road conditions, specifically snow in most cases, English school buses are again not running across Student Transportation of Eastern Ontario (STEO), in Renfrew County's Madawaska area and in places north of Kingston and Belleville.

French buses are not running for the second straight day under the Consortium de transport scolaire de l'est (CTSE) , nor to Brockville, Carleton Place, Almonte, Prescott-Russell, Marionville, Merrickville and Kemptville schools under the Consortium de transport scolaire d'Ottawa (CTSO) .

Buses are running elsewhere, including both English and French ones in Ottawa and the rest of Renfrew County.
