We're starting our Thursday with temperatures in the teens, but winds are staying calm, so we won't have much of a wind chill today. We could see a few glimpses of sun this morning, but for the most part, we'll stay cloudy, especially this afternoon as Madison's high climbs to 21 degrees. Low pressure to our southwest is generating snow in Iowa and Illinois, and while the majority of Wisconsin is expected to stay dry, the very southwestern corner of the state could get clipped by that snowfall.
