LA Chefs Reimagine the Latke for OyBar’s Eight-Night “Whole Latke Love” Holiday Series

OyBar , partnering with Jeff’s Table , is launching its annual “Whole Latke Love” celebration, an eight-night holiday series that brings together a slate of prominent Los Angeles chefs to reinterpret the latke and other crispy potato dishes through their own culinary traditions. The event runs December 11, 12, 13, 16, 17, 18, 19, and 20, pairing OyBar’s seasonal Hanukkah-inspired menu with a rotating selection of chef-created specials.

Organizers describe the series as a playful extension of Hanukkah’s fried-food traditions, a Los Angeles-style celebration of “Eight Crazy Nights,” with each evening highlighting a new chef’s perspective on the beloved potato.
